Account &amp; Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work alongside the Account Manager to maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their performance marketing needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, results, and an in-depth understanding of digital media landscapes.<\/li>\n<li>Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing data-driven insights and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Performance Media Planning &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate in the development of media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the execution and optimization of media campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, programmatic).<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with data and analytics teams to monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Collaboration with Creative and Technical Teams:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that media strategies are complemented by suitable creative content.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with technical teams to integrate and leverage technologies for campaign tracking and optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Reporting and Analytics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Professional Development and Team Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in continuous learning about the latest trends and best practices in media performance and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Support and mentor junior team members such as Account Executives and interns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. New Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within the realm of media performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job requirements<\/h3>\n<p>How well do you fit this job and rank among other candidates?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools in marketing activities (e.g., AI for research, planning, reporting automation, audience analysis, creative ideation, performance forecasting).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalent) and AI-enabled advertising platform features (e.g., automated bidding, smart audiences, predictive insights).<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 3-5+ years in digital marketing or project\/account management referably in having working experience in a marketing agency and having 1+ years in the same position<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing digital media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with a proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learning mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Personal skills and attributes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Office skills: computing, emailing, using office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Good task and time management.<\/li>\n<li>Having a supporting mind, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to monitor, and maintain workload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we offer:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary.<\/li>\n<li>Project-based performance bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Team performance bonus + exclusive celebrations for high-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Chillout Party, Year-End Party, and Team Building activities.<\/li>\n<li>Working hours: Monday \u2013 Friday, 9:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adtek Company Introduction: Adtek Growth Marketing Agency, founded in 2022, helps brands grow through comprehensive business development\u2014from branding to revenue growth.
