Responsibilities:
1. Account & Relationship Management:
- Work alongside the Account Manager to maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their performance marketing needs and objectives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, results, and an in-depth understanding of digital media landscapes.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing data-driven insights and solutions.
2. Performance Media Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate in the development of media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on performance metrics.
- Assist in the execution and optimization of media campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, programmatic).
- Work closely with data and analytics teams to monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.
3. Collaboration with Creative and Technical Teams:
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that media strategies are complemented by suitable creative content.
- Liaise with technical teams to integrate and leverage technologies for campaign tracking and optimization.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and ROI.
5. Professional Development and Team Support:
- Engage in continuous learning about the latest trends and best practices in media performance and digital marketing.
- Support and mentor junior team members such as Account Executives and interns.
6. New Business Development:
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within the realm of media performance.
Job requirements
How well do you fit this job and rank among other candidates?
- Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools in marketing activities (e.g., AI for research, planning, reporting automation, audience analysis, creative ideation, performance forecasting).
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalent) and AI-enabled advertising platform features (e.g., automated bidding, smart audiences, predictive insights).
- Experience: 3-5+ years in digital marketing or project/account management referably in having working experience in a marketing agency and having 1+ years in the same position
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance strategies.
- Experience in managing digital media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learning mindset.

- Good task and time management.
- Having a supporting mind, and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor, and maintain workload.
